摘　　要：目的探讨植入式心律转复除颤器(ICD)术前、术中、术后的护理要点。方法对植入ICD术后可能出现问题采取相应的护理措施,总结护理经验。结果患者手术过程顺利,术后无出现并发症,病情得到控制,出院随访无异常不适。结论术前重视患者的心理护理,术中积极配合,术后密切观察病情,积极预防心律失常并做好ICD健康教育是ICD手术成功的重要护理措施,可以提高ICD治疗的成功率。Objective To explore the nursing method of before, during and after the implantable eardioverter defibrillator（ICD） operation to the patients with malignant arrhythmia. Methods The corresponding nursing measures were adopted to the predictable problems before, during and after the ICD operation, then summarize the experienees of nursing. Results The operation is successful, and there was no complication after operation. The abnormal indisposition in patients was not found during the fellow - up. Conclusion The ICD procedures will be guaranteed by well psychological nursing, active cooperation and striet observation before, during and after operation respectively. At the same time, adopting active prevention from arrhythmic and effective health education of ICD are important to improve the rate of suecess in treating ICD.
