摘  要:喷流冲击换热是一种高效换热形式,用在冷流体侧可以降低换热壁面温度。本文针对影响喷流冲击的几个主要因素进行了实验研究,其中包括喷流速度、喷流高度、喷孔板的开孔率等,并针对交叉流对换热的影响进行了分析;用90多组实验数据拟合了准则公式,此公式已被用在某化工厂燃油焦炉实验台的设计中。When air-gas heat exchanger works at high gas temperature, the temperatureof inner wall is very high, which affectsthe safety of the exchanger. Heat transfer coefficient ofImpinging jets is very high. If it is used in the air side ofheat exchanger, the inner wall temperaturewill be much decreased. This paper presents the resultsof experimental investigations on heat transfer atthe surface flown by an array of roundimpinging jets with the spent air exhaust on one side. The effects of the factors such as velocity of jet to flat, height of jet and ratio ofhole area to flat area etc. are analysied. Anequation correlated from92 sets of experimental data was obtained that was usedin the exchangerdesign of a fumace experimentaldevice.
