摘  要:目的探讨晚发性维生素K缺乏症所致颅内出血的CT表现,提高CT检查对本病价值的认识。方法回顾性分析经临床及CT确诊的68例婴儿晚发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血的CT表现。结果蛛网膜下腔出血37例,硬膜下出血9例,脑内出血18例,脑室内出血4例,其中2个以上部位出血43例,占63%。结论CT检查可确定颅内出血及并发症的部位和范围,是诊断维生素缺乏症致颅内出血的首选检查方法,对指导临床治疗,观察疗效,判断预后等具有重要作用。Objective To study CT features of delayed vitamin K deficiency with intracranial hemorrhage to show the diagnostic value of CT scan to the disease. Methods The CT appearances of 68 cases clinically confirmed involving intracranial hemorrhage caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency were clinically confirmed. Results 37 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage,9 cases with subdural hemorrhage,18 cases with intracerebral hemorrhage,4 cases with ventricular hemorrhage. Intracerebral hemorrhage of 43 cases (63%) involved two or more anatomical areas with 7 cases accompanying large cerebral infarction and hypoxic ischemic lesions. Conclusion CT provides useful information about the location and extent of intracranial hemorrhage and complications. CT scan should be the first reliable choice in diagnosis of vitamin K deficiency with intracranial hemorrhage so as to guide treatment plan alteration, observe treatment reaction and judge prognosis.
