摘　　要：大学生就业能力是就业成功的重要影响因素和关键指标。本文分析了劳动经济学课程教学过程中如何结合相关理论有效培养和提高学生的就业能力和素质,帮助学生提高就业率。文章从人力资本投资、工作搜寻及职业生涯规划等理论角度来阐述实际教学过程中如何培养大学生就业能力。Employment capability of university students is an important factor and key indicator on job success. This paper ana- lyzes how to train and improve employment capability and quality of students effectively with the related theories in the process of labor economics courses teaching in order to help students increase the employment rate. The article elaborates how to develop job--related skills in theory perspectives such as investment in human capital, job searching and career planning from the actual process of training students＇ emptoyment capability.
