摘　　要：在本文中,分析了目前高分子材料专业生产实习的现状和不足之处,介绍了一种适合本专业发展的仿真装置生产实习新模式以及生产实习仿真装置的特点。通过这种实习模式,学生能够亲自动手操作生产装置,不但可以激发学生学习的兴趣,而且可以促进学生的思考,取得了良好的效果。In this paper, the current situation and shortcomings of production practice of polymer material and engineering speciality were analyzed. A new mode of production practice was discussed ,and its characteristic was introduced. With the aid of the new mode , the students were able to operate the production device by myself. Students＂ desire in learning could be aroused by device practice and students＂ thinking be developed, good effects had been obtained.
