摘 要:密封腔体的呼吸效应逐渐被人们所认识,在露天情况下,密封腔体一旦出现小孔和缝隙,腔体内很快就会积水。呼吸效应的防止对雷达产品有着特殊的意义,因为积水不但会加速腐蚀,还会直接影响微波器件的传输功能,甚至导致打火酿成事故。过去普遍认为腔体内积水是由于呼吸效应导致潮湿空气进入后结露造成,文中通过实验和计算再现呼吸效应成因,同时证明腔体内迅速积水是由于呼吸效应引发的吸水效应造成的。最后给出了防止呼吸效应的具体解决办法。The respiration effect of sealed box is gradually realized. Once apertures occurred on the sealed box in open air, the box will accumulate water inside rapidly. The prevention of respiration effect has special importance to radar equipment. The accumulated water would not only cause accelerated corrosion, but also directly influence the transmission of microwave devices, even result in the accident of striking fire. It is generally recognized before that the accumulated water in sealed box is caused by moist air congealing. By experiment and calculation, the reason of respiration effect is analyzed in this paper. It is proved that the rapid accumulated water in sealed box is caused by sopping effect resulting from respiration effect. Finally, the solutions of preventing respiration effect are given.
