行政垄断影响下我国电信业发展影响因素分析

摘　　要：电信业已经成为我国社会和经济发展的基础性、先导性和战略性产业,电信业务量是反映电信行业发展的一个比较全面的指标。实证研究表明,国民经济总体发展状况、人口居住的密集程度,以及与电信行业有关的产业政策变化等是影响电信行业发展的主要因素。The telecommunications industry already became the foundational, precursor and strategic industry of our country society and economic development. Empirical studies show that the national economy overall development condition, the crowded degree of the population housing, and the telecommunication related industrial policy change are the most important attributes that affect the telecommunication development.
