摘　　要：产业结构的高级化发展使农业产值比重下降,工业产值比重先升后降,服务业产值比重呈现日趋增大的趋势。通过实证研究表明,中国服务业发展的拐点已经出现,服务业正在进入黄金20年的发展周期。其主要特点表现为:行业总体,良性发展与准备起飞;行业内部,改造升级与结构优化;区域结构,梯度推进与协调发展。The optimization of industrial structure makes the proportion of agricultural output decreases, the proportion of industrial output increases first then turns downward, and the proportion of service industry tends to be increasing day by day. Empirical study shows that the inflection point of the development of the service industry in China has emerged , and the service industry is stepping into 20 years＇ of golden development period. The major characteristics are as follows： the industry as a whole has benign development and is ready to develop fast; the internal industry is undergoing transformation, upgrading and structural optimizing; the regional structure develops gradually and coordinately.
