摘 要:本文提出在微小区域内集中极高电场的方法将大气压下气体导电所需的工作电压降低到通常值(5000~10000V)的几十分之一,达到安全实用的水平。局部高电场作用下气体的导电能力对某些有机气体特别敏感。基于此原理的气体传感器具有灵敏度高、响应快、功耗极微、尺寸小、结构简单、可在宽温度范围工作等特点。文中阐明了其工作原理、实验方法,并对实验结果作了分析。The applied voltage,which is normally about fifty to ten hundred volts for gaseous electrical conductance,could be decreased by a factor of tens by means of putting the gas into a high electrical field concentrated in a very small regien.Therefore the electrical conductance of gases in atmospheric pressure may be found its pratical usage with safty.The electrical conductance is quite sensitive to some organic vapours.Based on the fact above,a new gas sensor with high sensitivity,fast responsibility,micropower consumption,very simple structure and working over wide temperature range is put into practice.The working principle and research strategy of the sensor are given.The experimental results are also discussed.
