摘　　要：本文针对监理工程师在施工阶段安全监理时,就如何进行方案审核、遵守监理程序、对安全不利因素重点防范进行介绍。由于土方坍塌、脚手架和塔吊倒塌会发生群死群伤事故,因而监理工程师在安全过程监理中,必须从方案审核和方案中的安全措施落实情况两方面严格监理。Aiming at the safety supervision in construction projects, this article introduced how to check scheme, observe the supervision pro and prevent the adverse factors for construction safety. The supervision engineers must be strict in scheme checking and implement the safety sures in safety supervision in order to prevent the mass injury and casualty
