摘  要:研究了磺化丙酮甲醛缩聚物(SAF)的合成工艺条件。结果表明,甲醛用量、磺化剂用量和反应溶液浓度是影响SAF的结构特征参数——分子量和磺化度的主要因素,同时也是影响SAF减水分散性能的主要因素。随着磺化剂用量的增大,SAF的特性黏度和净浆流动度先增大后减小。当n(甲醛)∶n(丙酮)为2.0,n(磺化剂)∶n(丙酮)为0.7,反应液浓度为45%时,掺0.5%SAF的水泥净浆流动度达到280mm。分子量和磺化度直接影响其减水分散性能,研究表明,适宜的分子量(特性黏度为6~12ml/g)和较高的磺化度(1.86ml/g)有利于提高SAF对水泥的分散性能。Synthesizing technology of Sulfonated Acetone Formaldehyde Polycondensate (SAF) was studied. Results show that dosage of Na2SO3 and formaldehyde,concentration of reacting liquid are main factors to influence the structure of SAF, such as molecular weight and degree of sulfonation,and then have a great effect on the dispersing performance. The inherent viscosity and flow value of cement first increases and then decreases with increasing dosage of Na2SO3 .When the mole ratio of aldehyde to ketone is 2.0,the mole ratio of Na2SO3 to ketone is 0.7 and the concentration is 45%,SAF show the highest performance, and the flow value of cement reaches 280 nun. Molecular weight and degree of sulfonation directly affect the dispersing performance of SAF.The suitable molecular weight(inherent viscosity is 6-12 ml/g) and degree of sulfonation (1.86 ml/g) are benefit for increasing the dispersing performance of SAF.
