摘　　要：基于SOPC的模拟音频控制面板主要应用于机载音频管理系统的地面测试设备中,实现了音频控制面板的功能及其与音频管理组件的通信协议。操作界面采用虚拟仪器技术实现,面板功能与通信应用SOPC技术采用模块化的设计方法在一块FPGA芯片中完成,FPGA同时控制USB模块与虚拟界面之间的数据通信。机载电子设备自动测试过程中,模拟音频控制面板快速稳定地为音频管理组件提供控制信息,提高了自动测试系统的可靠性,缩短了内场维修公司的维修时间,降低了维修成本,提高了维修效率。The simulated audio control panel based on SOPC is mainly applied in the ground test equipment of airborne audio management system for implementing the functions of audio control panel and the communication protocol between audio control panel and audio management unit. The operating interface adopts virtual instrument technology. Panel functions and communication are implemented in an integrated FPGA chip by applying SOPC with modular design method. Simultaneously, FPGA controls the data communication between USB module and virtual interface. In airborne electronic equipment automatic testing process, the simulated audio control panel provides control information for audio management unit quickly and stably, which can enhance the reliability of the automatic testing system, reduce the shop maintain company＇s maintenance time and costs, and improve the efficiency of maintenance.
