摘　　要：随着中国综合国力和国际地位的不断提高,在世界各地汉语热和中国文化热的推动下,海外教育机构孔子学院应运而生。随着办学规模的不断扩大,孔子学院越来越受到国内外的关注,但却褒贬不一。孔子学院规模的扩大对我国的政治、经济、文化和软实力的提升等方面都产生了广泛的影响,警惕"软实力威胁论"成为"中国威胁论"的新版本。With the rising of Chinese comprehensive strength the hot push of our ding, they draw an schools all over the However we should language attention and culture, Confucious Institutes are both from home and abroad, though world has an extensive impact on the rising of be alert to prevent the threat of soft power from and international standing and in the context of emerging all over the world.
