摘　　要：实施振兴东北老工业基地战略以来,黑龙江省注重产业结构优化调整,大力推进资源型城市转型,加快哈大齐工业走廊建设,倾情打造绿色食品产业,进一步深化国企改革,支持非公有制经济快速发展,经济活力明显增强,经济总量迈上一个新的台阶,人民生活水平逐年提高,为全省经济更好更快地发展奠定了良好基础。Since implementing the strategy of revitalizing the Old Industrial Base of the Northeast,Heilongjiang pays attention to optimization and adjustment of industrial structure,greatly promotes the transformation of resource-based city,quickens the construction of Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar industrial corridor,energetically builds green food industry,further deepens the reform of state-owned enterprises,and supports rapid development of non-public economy to increase its economic strength,accordingly,Heilongjiang economic volume develops to a new stage,and people＇s living standard increases gradually,which lay a better foundation for the development of Heilongjiang economy.
