对我国商业银行中间业务市场的SCP范式分析

摘　　要：以哈佛大学的梅森(E.S.Mason)和贝恩(J.S.Bain)等人为代表的现代产业组织理论,构造了市场结构(Structure)—企业行为(Conduct)—经济绩效(Performance)的分析框架,其基本内容是市场结构决定企业在市场中的行为,而企业行为决定市场运行在各个方面的经济绩效。借鉴SCP的分析框架,对我国商业银行中间业务市场结构、行为和绩效进行了考察和相关实证研究,得出集中度与中间业务绩效之间表现出显著的正相关性,所以,提高银行中间业务绩效,必须努力寻求市场化竞争所主导的银行集中,提高银行中间业务市场绩效,必须将注意力集中到效率上来。The modern industrial organization theory presented by E.S.Mason and J.S.Bain of Harvard University constructs the analytical frame among market structure,enterprise conduct,and economic performance,the main content of which is that market structure determines enterprise conduct in the market,while enterprise conduct determines all economic performance in market operation.By means of SCP analytical frame,the research on market structure,conduct and performance of intermediate business in Commercial Banks of China shows that there is obvious positive correlation between concentration degree and performance of intermediate business.Therefore,we must try to pursue concentration of banks dominated by market competition to increase market performance of intermediate business.
