上海神经外科康复护理床位入住病种及入住转出标准研究  

Study on Diseases of Neurosurgical Patients Needing to Be Transferred to Rehabilitation Ward and the Standard for Admission and Discharge in Shanghai

摘　　要：目的确定神经外科康复护理床位的入住病种,并制定各病种入住、转出评估标准。方法采用质性访谈的方法对6名神经外科专家、1名康复学专家和2名护理学专家进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Delphi法对15名神经外科专家就神经外科康复护理床位的入住病种及入住、转出标准进行2轮专家函询。结果经过质性访谈,初步选定神经外科康复护理床位的入住病种,并制定各病种的入住、转出标准;经过专家函询,最终确定病种及评估标准。结论神经外科康复护理床位的入住病种及入住转出标准的制定为神经外科患者顺利转诊奠定了基础。Objective To determine the diseases of neurosurgical patients needing transference to the neurosurgical rehabilitation ward, and to formulate the assessment standard for admission and discharge. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 6 neurosurgical experts, 1 rehabilitation expert and 2 nursing experts. By means of Delphi method, 2 rounds of correspondence inquiries were made with 15 neurosurgical experts. Results Through the qualitative interviews, the kinds of diseases were determined on the initial basis, standards for admission and discharge were formulated, and by the correspondence inquiries, the disease kinds and admission and discharge standard were finalized. Conclusion The determination of disease kinds and the formulation of admission and discharge standard for neurosurgical patients lays the foundation for their referral.
