视听联合干预对行痔瘘手术高血压患者血压的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨视听联合干预对行痔瘘手术高血压患者血压的影响。方法选择择期局部浸润麻醉下行痔瘘手术的高血压患者84例,随机分为观察组43例和对照组41例;对照组接受常规术前术中护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,手术全程予播放个性化的影像音乐节目,进行视听联合干预。记录比较两组患者入院时、术晨、手术全程血压变化。结果两组患者入院时血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在术晨及进入手术室后血压均有所升高,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者在接受视听干预后,血压逐渐下降,术程血压平稳并保持至术毕,而对照组术程平均血压波动大,两组术程平均血压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行痔瘘手术的高血压患者进行视听联合干预能有效稳定术程血压,减少手术应激不良反应。Objective To explore the influence of audio and visual joint interventions on the blood pressure of hypertension patients undergoing hemorrhoids and/istula operation. Methods 84 such patients were randomly divided into the observation group （n=43） and the control group （n=41）. The control group was offered the conventional pre-and-while-operation nursing care, and the observa- tion group was offered, on the basis of the nursing care for the control group, musical video programs for the whole duration of the operation as the audio and visual joint intervention. A record was made of the changes of the blood pressure of the patients when hospitalized, on the morning of the operation and during the whole course of the operation, then a comparison was made. Results The difference in the blood pressure of the two groups when the patients were hospitalized was not statistically significant （P〉0.105）; both groups saw an increase in the blood pressure on the morning of the operation and after they entered into the operation room, but the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）; after the intervention, the blood pressure of the observation group gradually decreased, kept steady for the whole duration of the operation, while the control group had great fluctuations in the blood pressure during the operation, with the difference being statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Audio and visual joint interventions can stabilize the pressure of the hypertension patient undergoing hemorrhoids and fistula operation and reduce the adverse responsive actions to the operation.
