摘　　要：王夫之认识到法律在政治生活中的重要性,试图以法律来保障民众的生活,并要求官吏依法行事,追求严明法制与贤人政治相结合。王夫之的法制思想基本上是为了建立清廉吏治,保障人民利益。然而,他并没有意识到法律最终仍是由统治者来制定的,而且君主首先应该守法,因此其法制思想的目的仍是维护封建统治。Wang Fuzhi fully realized people＇s importance in political life. In order to safeguard the realization of the goal. Wang Fuzhi advocated that the government officials should be treated strictly, on which the article has made the preliminary discussion, nevertheless, he hadn＇ t realized that legal rules and regulations would end in being made by the government officials themselves, neither had he realized that the emperor ought to have obeyed the legal rules himself first, therefore, to the author＇s opinion, his legal thought still aimed to defend the rules of feudalism.
