摘　　要：金城是民初北方画坛的领袖人物,也是我国第一座国立博物馆"古物陈列所"创意的提出者和直接经办人,对我国近代博物馆事业的发展功不可没。金城具备的近代博物馆学的资质与能力,与其家庭环境和国外留学考察经历有着莫大的关系。As a leader of the north Chinese painting world in the Early Republican China, Jin Cheng proposed and handled the establishment of Institutes of Antique Exhibitions as the first national museum in modern China, so it is thought that he played an important role in the de- velopment of the modern museum business in China. In fact, Jin Cheng＇s knowledge and ability on modern museum were closely related to his family and his own experiences of studying and touring abroad.
