摘  要:商业银行作为提供金融产品和服务的特殊行业,对于人才的竞争至关重要。人力资源是银行业核心能力的基础,更是银行未来竞争取胜的关键。随着外资金融机构全面挺进中国,首先引发的将是一场"人才大战"。作为中资银行主力军的四大国有商业银行能否打赢这场人才争夺战,能否充分挖掘、开发、经营好人力资源,已成为事关国有商业银行生死存亡的重要问题。本文以此为切入点,在对国有商业银行人力资源管理现行体制存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出了一系列的改革对策。Commercial banks provide financial products and services. As a special trading industry, it is crucial for the talent competition. Human resources are the basis of core competencies of the banks, as well as the key to win the next competition. With a comprehensive foreign-funded financial institutions into China, the first trigger will be a "war for talent." Whether the four major state-owned commercial banks, the main force of China-invested banks, can win this war for talent, can fully exploit, develop, operate excellent human resources, has become a question of life and death. Taking this as a starting point, the author analyzes the existing problems in human resources management system in state-owned commercial bank, and put forward a series of countermeasures.
