摘　　要：分析了集约化经营的粮食物流园区的特征与意义,对其规模确定程序、选址原则、层次结构以及空间布局进行了定性研究,提出了转运型、储存型、综合型三种盈利模式,指出了我国粮食物流园区建设中存在的诸多问题,提出了建设好集约化经营的粮食物流园区的建议。The character and significance of grain logistics park of intensive management was analyzed. The procedures to determine the scale, the principle of location, hierarchical structure, as well as spatial distribution of the grain logistics park were qualitative studied. Three types of profit models for grain logistics park were proposed which were transfer- based, storage- based, and integrated. The problems that exist in the construction of intensive grain logistics park were pointed out, and finally some proposals be given out on how to construct grain logistics park of intensive management.
