摘　　要：以吡啶为缚酸剂,(S)-乳酸丁酯和对甲基苯磺酰氯为原料,合成了苯氧丙酸类高效除草剂的重要中间体(R)-2-氧-(4’-甲基苯磺酰基)-丙酸丁酯,收率84.5%,含量96.5%。通过红外、核磁分析对其化学结构进行了鉴定。由旋光度的测定,确定其光学纯度为95%。In presence of pyridine, butyl （R） -2-oxy- （4＇ -toluenesulfonyl） propionate, which is the important intermediate of phenoxypropionate herbicide ,was synthesized from butyl（S）-lactate and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride. The yield was up to 84.5% and the purity was 96.5%. The chemical structure was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. The optical purity was confirmed to be 95%.
