摘 要:建立了工业厂房热平衡数学模型,采用热平衡法,求解各表面温度,计算采暖热负荷。针对以上数学模型,文中应用数值计算方法编制了计算程序,利用蒙特卡洛法进行非线性方程组的求解,得到了对应于不同室外空气温度、室内工作区温度,应用辐射采暖厂房的室内温度梯度、围护结构内表面温度。并且对彩钢夹芯板墙体材料的厂房进行了采暖能耗的研究,分析了围护结构内表面与室内工作区温度之间的关系。the mathematics model of thermal balance is established. By the thermal balance method, temperatures of each internal surface and heat load are also shown in this dissertation. Computer programs are used to solve the mathematics model of thermal balance. Monte Carlo method is used to solve the nonlinear equations. Average temperature gradients in the workshop with radiant heating system, envelope internal surface temperatures under different outdoor temperatures are got. And the energy consumption of the workshop, which is constructed by vinyl covered steel plate material, is analyzed. The relationship between the envelope internal temperature and the workspace temperature is analyzed.
