摘 要:对Fe-16Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni和Fe-16Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni-0.5Al形状记忆舍金进行室温压缩预变形5%~7%-8000C退火15min,循环4次的压缩训练,结果发现压缩训练的方法可以有效提高合金形状回复率,样品均在第二次训练的时候达到最大形状回复率。TEM研究发现训练前母相中层错分布均匀,多次训练后层错密度大大增加,出现大量位错缠结。The Fe-16Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni and Fe-16Mn-5Si-9Cr-5Ni-0.5A1 shape memory alloys were suffered 4 compression training cycles. A training cycle consisted of 5 % - 7 % compressive pre-deformation at room temperature and subsequently annealing at 800℃ for 15min. It was turned out that compression training was one of the most effective ways to improve the SME. The maximum SME was obtained after two training cycles. TEM observation showed that the stacking faults were distributed uni- formly before training. However, the stacking faults probability increased to a large extent, and lots of dislocations were tangled after several training cycles.
