摘  要:以二乙醇胺和聚琥珀酰亚胺为原料,在水体系下,合成了一种含双羟基的聚天冬氨酸衍生物(DHPAP),产物用红外光谱进行了结构表征.研究了在不同水质条件下DHPAP对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢性能,并与以乙醇胺改性的单羟基聚天冬氨酸衍生物(HPAP)和聚天冬氨酸(PASP)进行比较.此外,研究了水体系中[Ca2+]、[PO43-]、温度和pH值对聚合物阻垢性能的影响.结果表明,DHPAP对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢性能优异,在用量为16mg.l-1时,DHPAP对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢率达到92.18%,而HPAP和PASP对Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢率则分别为67.09%和25.65%.DHPAP对Ca3(PO4)2的抑制作用明显优于PASP和HPAP,DHPAP.Polyaspartic acid derivatives with di-hydroxyl group (DHPAP)were synthesized with polysuccinimide (PSI) and diethanolamine( DEA)in water medium and the structure of products was characterized by FT-IR The scale inhibition performance of DHPAP was studied and compared with polyaspartic acid derivatives with mono-hydroxyl (HPAP) and polyaspartic acid (PASP) at the different water quality conditions. The effects of [ Ca^2+ ], [ PO4^3-] , temperature and pH of water system on the scale inhibition performance of polymers on Ca3 ( PO4 ) 2 were studied. The result showed that DHPAP had excellent scale inhibition performance on Ca3 ( PO4 ) 2, as its dosage was 16 mg.l^-1, the scale inhibition rate reached up to 92. 18% , while the seale inhibition rate of HPAP and PASP were 67.09 % and 25.65 % , respectively, which indicated that DHPAP had a better scale inhibition performance on Ca3 (PO4 )2than HPAP and PASP.
