摘　　要：我国长期以来都存在着用地粗放的问题,导致用地结构不合理,土地闲置与浪费现象,文章在国土资源部土地潜力评价的基础上,引入地理信息系统技术,变定性评价为定量评价。通过构建土地潜力评价数据库,采用数据挖掘技术和数据抽取技术,搭建土地潜力评价的时间结构分异模型,从空间和时间两个角度及横向和纵向两个方面分析导致土地潜力变化的主导因素,实现土地资源利用方面的高效益的分工与协作共同发展。The urgent problem is extensive landuse in management, h led to the unreasonable structure of the landuse, idle and waste land. Based on the evaluation criteria of the ministry of land and resources, the quantitative evaluation instead of the traditional qualitative evaluation was performed. A potential evaluation database using data mining and data extraction technology was built, and the temporal-spatial deviation model analyzing the land intensive utilization potentiality from space and time was constructed. Meanwhile from transverse and longitude, an effective cooperation for common development was realized.
