摘　　要：针对目前税务信息化建设过程中存在的部分问题,本文以MAPGIS_IMS7.0为平台,基于WebGIS技术设计并实现了税务征管系统,并重点论述了该系统的体系结构、功能模块设计和关键技术。实例表明,该系统以直观的地图方式展现税务数据,实现了对税源进行科学、便捷的管理,同时提高了处理税务工作的效率。Aiming at the deficiency existed in the process of the construction of taxation information, a taxation collection and management system based on the WebGIS technology was realized and constructed on MAPGIS_ IMS7. 0 platform. The details about the structure of system, the functional models design and the core technologies were presented. Testing result indicated ： the system can disply tax data by direct-viewing map way, realize the scientific and convenient management to the tax source, and improve the work efficiency.
