摘　　要：随着计算机技术和通信技术的不断发展以及应用背景的不断变化，管理信息系统（MIS）的具体开发思路、开发方法和开发过程也相应发生变化。本文针对网络技术的发展现状，通过分析传统MIS存在的不足，指出未来的企业管理将是一种分布的基于Web的模式。结合当前的Internet／Intranet技术的发展情况，文中从管理模式、关键技术、开发环境等三方面对基于Web的新一代MIS作了阐述。With the development of computer science and communication technology and the change of computer applications, the developing idea, method and produce of Management Information System(MIS) is being changed. According to the current situation of networking technology, this paper analyzes the shortage of traditionalMIS and claims that the management pattern of tomorrow enterpriseswill be distributed and Web-based. Combined with the state-of-the-artInternet/Intranet technology, this paper also describes the new Webbased MIS from three aspects: management pattern, key technologiesand developing environment.
