摘　　要：介绍了新农村建设中新型农民的内涵和基本特征,提出新型农民评价指标体系的构建原则,在此基础上构建了新型农民评价指标体系,并基于AHP法(层次分析法)确定了各指标的权重,以期为建设新农村培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。Connotation and basic features of new-type farmers in constructing new country was introduced, the construction principles of new-type farmers evaluation index system was put forwarded. On the basis, the new -type farmers evaluation index system was constructed. And based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to determine the weight of each index,then for cultivating new-type farmers with having culture, understanding technology and knowing management.
