摘  要:目的:探讨137Csγ射线辐照对悬浮红细胞中淋巴细胞的灭活作用,以及辐照后悬浮红细胞保存期间的质量变化,明确悬浮红细胞辐照处理技术的可行性。方法:悬浮红细胞制备后,分别用20 Gy、25 Gy、30Gy的137Csγ射线照射,照射后检测淋巴细胞反应抑制率,并分别于储存的第0 d、7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、35 d检测悬浮红细胞的pH、电解质浓度、红细胞渗透脆性、游离血红蛋白及红细胞诸参数等,并与对照组进行比较。结果:淋巴细胞增殖反应抑制率随照射剂量的增加而增加。辐照后立即检测,悬浮红细胞的生化指标及红细胞的各项指标与对照组均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但随着保存时间的延长,照射组的Na+、K+、红细胞渗透脆性、游离血红蛋白、HCT、MCV、MCHC发生了明显的变化(P<0.05)。结论:25Gy可有效杀灭淋巴细胞,虽然辐照对悬浮红细胞的质量有一定的影响,但悬浮红细胞在保存期内仍符合其质量标准要求。Objective: To study the sterilization by ^137 Cs gamma-ray on the lymphocytes level in red cells suspension, the changes of quality of red cells suspension irradiated and their practicability. Methods: Red cells suspension were irradiated by gamma-ray at 20Gy, 25Gy and 30Gy. The authors detected lymphocytes inhibition rate. Red ceils suspension were tested by pH, RBC brittleness, free hemoglobin and parameter of red ceils on the day 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 after irradiating and compared with the control. Results: Lymphocytes inhibition rate increase with irradiating dosage increased. Red cells suspension has no obvious differences compared with the control at moment after irradiating ( P 〉 0.05 ). Na ^+ , K ^+, RBC brittleness, free hemoglobin, HCT, MCV and MCHC with storage time had obvious differences compared with the control(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: 25Gy dosage can sterilized lymphocytes. Although Red cells suspension irradiated have some effects, it suits for standard of Red cells suspension.
