摘　　要：中医药学有非常悠久的历史，在治疗皮肤病上有自己的特色。在国外，中医药归属于替代医学或传统医学。作为传统医学的一种，强调的是治疗上的因人而异。中西医在基本观念上的区别导致很多人对中医的误解，一系列的实验研究证明中医在治疗皮肤病确有疗效。文中主要对目前有关中医药的有效性、作用机制和不良反应的观点进行讨论，以期使皮肤科医生更好地了解中医药在皮肤科中的治疗作用。Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） has a long history with its special features in the treatment of dermatoses. In abroad, TCM belongs to alternative medicine or traditional medicine. As a traditional medicine, TCM emphasizes individualized treatment. The differences between the fimdamental conceptions of TCM and Western Medicine lead to the misunderstanding of TCM. A series of studies have confirmed the efficacy of TCM in skin disorders. This article is to elucidate the efficacy, mechanism of action and side effects of TCM in the hope that dermatologists will get a better understanding on the therapeutic effect of TCM.
