5%咪喹莫特乳膏预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察局部外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏在物理治疗尖锐湿疣后预防复发的疗效。方法46例符合尖锐湿疣诊断的病人随机分成治疗组和对照组,均行物理治疗去除疣体后,治疗组外用咪喹莫特乳膏每周3次,对照组外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶4次/d。疗程均为12周。结果治疗组和对照组复发率分别为13.6%,42.9%,二者差异有显著性。结论外用咪喹莫特乳膏疗效更佳,能预防CA复发。Objective To observe the effect of imiquimod cream in preventing the recurrence of condyloma acummatum alter physiotherapy. Methods Forty-six patients of condyloma acuminatum were randomized into treat group and control group, all the patients were treated with physiotherapy firstly;the treat group was treated with imiquimod cream 3 times a week, the control group was treated with recombinant human interferon（α-2b） gel 4 times a day, and course of both groups for 12 weeks. Results The recurrence rates of treat group and control group were 13.6% ,42.9% respectively. Conclusion The imiquimod cream is better than the interferon gel in the prevention of condyloma acuminatum relapse after physiotherapy.
