盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合伊曲康唑治疗念珠菌性龟头炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合伊曲康唑治疗念珠菌性龟头炎的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为两组,各50例。治疗组每天午餐后口服伊曲康唑200mg,同时每日早、晚各1次清洗龟头皮损,拭干后予盐酸布替萘芬乳膏外搽;对照组仅口服伊曲康唑,用法同治疗组。两组疗程均为7天。分别于治疗前及治疗后1个月时进行临床、真菌学疗效观察。结果治疗组有效率94.00%,真菌清除率为98.00%,对照组分别为86.00%和92.00%。两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合伊曲康唑治疗念珠菌性龟头炎疗效好。Objective Observation for the curative effect of healing candidal balanitis by butenafine hydrochlorid cream and itraconzole. Method 100 cases with candidal balanitis were divided into two groups at random. Treatment group（50 cases）was gaven itraconzole 200mg for oral every day and gaven butenafine hydrochlorid cream for external use twice every day for 7 days. Control group（50 cases）was gave itraconzole 200mg for oral everyday for 7 days. Other drugs stopped to use during treatment. Results The clinical cured rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were 94.00% and 98.00% , while the control group were 86.00% and 92.00% （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Itraconzole for oral and butenafine hydrochlorid cream for external use have a perfect curative effect for healing candidal balanitis.
