解脲支原体感染与早产及胎膜早破关系的Meta分析  

META-ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE INFECTION OF UREAPLASMA UREALYTICUM WITH PREMATURE AND PREMATURE RUPTURE OF MEMBRANES

摘　　要：[目的]探讨解脲支原体感染与早产及胎膜早破关系。[方法]采用Meta分析的方法,检索中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国重要报纸全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数字化期刊数据库等等,对研究者自1998年1月～2008年6月公开发表的有关解脲支原体感染与早产及胎膜早破关系的研究文献进行综合分析,应用Review Manager4.2软件计算优势比值(OR)。[结果]入选的12篇文献包括了807个病例,842个对照。解脲支原体感染与早产及胎膜早破关联明显,其OR=5.62,95%CI为(3.74～8.43)。[结论]解脲支原体感染与早产及胎膜早破关系密切,可能是其致病因素。[Objective] To explore the relationship of the infection of ureaplasma urealyticum with premature and premature rupture of membranes. [Methods] The studies on the relationship of the infection of ureaplasma urealyticum with premature and premature rupture of membranes were collected by searching from VIP database, CNKI database and Wanfang database （January 1998 to June 2008）, and analyzed by recta-analysis. The odds ratio was calculated by RevMan 4.2 software. [ Results] 12 studies accorded with research criteria including 807 cases and 842 controls were analyzed. It showed that the pools OR was 5.62 with a confidence inten＇al （3.74-8.43）. [Conclusion] The relationship between the infection of ureaplasma urealyticum and premature and premature rupture of membranes was close; the possible reason might be the infeetion of ureaplasma urealyticum.
