我国职业人群亚健康问题流行现状及对策分析

摘　　要：采用文献分析法通过对我国职业人群亚健康问题流行现状的回顾研究,发现不同职业人群的亚健康问题普遍流行,其中以行政管理干部、知识分子、学生、军人等职业群体较为严重,并由此积极探讨我国职业人群亚健康问题的防治对策,提示一切可以改善人类生存环境,帮助人们建立健康生活方式和提高心理健康水平的方法都可以用来防治亚健康问题。To retrospectively analyze the epidemiologic status of sub-health problems among occupational population by literature review. This study indicated that sub-health problems existed among different kinds of occupational population, especially serious among administrative management staffs, intellectual, students, soldiers, etc, moreover, we explore the countermasures for sub-heahh problem among occupational population. This article indicated that changing the survival environment, establishing health lifestyle and improving the mental health level could prevent and cure the sub-health problems for occupational population.
