摘　　要：[目的]研究广州地区医疗卫生机构一、二级生物安全实验室现状,为实验室生物安全建设提供参考。[方法]对广州地区各类医疗卫生机构、CDC系统85家单位的实验室生物安全情况进行问卷调查,使用Excel软件对数据进行统计分析。[结果]广州地区生物安全实验室在安全管理制度的制定、执行以及废弃物处理方面均表现的较为理想,而在菌毒种管理和运送方面存在一些漏洞。[结论]广州地区医疗卫生机构生物安全实验室的生物安全情况总体较好,但仍存在一些薄弱环节需完善和加强。[Objective] To analyze the current status of laboratorial biosafety level 1＆2 in Guangzhou, and offer reference for laboratorial biosafety construction. [Methods] A total of 85 laboratories in medical and health institutions and CDCs in Guangzhou were included to investigate with questionnaires, and excel software was used to analyze the data. [Results] The formulation and performance of safety management and the waste disposal in laboratories of Guangzhou were showed to be sound, but there were some weak in the management and delivery＇ of bacterium. [Conclusion] The biological safety of laboratories in Guangzhou shows to be good, but there are still some weakness to improve and strengthen.
