湖北省医疗机构2007年法定传染病漏报调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解我省医疗机构法定传染病漏报情况和漏报原因,为进一步提高传染病网络直报工作质量提供依据。[方法]采用分层抽样的原则在全省抽取298家医疗机构开展调查,[结果]本次调查共收集传染病个案14041例,全省医疗机构传染病总的漏报率为7.80%,无甲类传染病,乙、丙类传染病漏报率分别为7.99%和6.48%;医疗机构不同级别和不同科室传染病漏报率的差异均有统计学意义,市级、县级、乡镇级医疗机构传染病漏报率分别为12.05%、6.02%、8.23%,门诊、住院部、化验室传染病漏报率分别为5.92%、6.97%和21.17%。[结论]我省医疗机构传染病报告工作比较薄弱,医疗机构需加强传染病报告工作的规范化管理,建立有效的信息沟通报告机制,各级卫生行政部门应定期开展医疗机构传染病疫情报告工作的督导检查。[ Objective ] To understand the status and reasons of missing report of notifiable infectious diseases, so as to provide basis for further improving the quality of direct network reports of infectious diseases. [ Methods ] By stratified sampling, 298 medical facilities were selected from Hubei province to conduct survey. [Results] A total of 14 041 cases of infectious diseases were collected. The average missing report rate was 7.80%, there was no class A notifiable disease, the missing report rates of class B and C notifiable disease were 7.99% and 6.48%, respectively. There were significant differences in the missing report rate among medical facilities at different levels and different departments, with the rates being 12.05%, 6.02% and 8.23% in the facilities of prefectural, county and township levels respectively, and the rates in outpatient, inpatient and laboratory departments were 5.92%, 6.97% and 21.17%, respectively. [Conclusion] The work of reporting the epidemic situation is not so good in medical facilities, so it is necessary to strengthen their standardized management and establish effective system. The health authorities at all levels should regularly organize supervision and inspection on the reporting of epidemic situation in medical facilities.
