产科医疗纠纷发生原因及防范措施

摘　　要：[目的]探讨产科医疗纠纷的发生原因及防范措施。[方法]对我院2003年1月～2008年8月产科发生医疗纠纷20例进行分析。[结果]按医疗纠纷发生因素分为医疗过失纠纷和非医疗过失纠纷,20例医疗纠纷中非医疗过失纠纷12例,医疗过失纠纷8例;20例医疗纠纷中有11例行剖宫产术。产科医疗纠纷发生与责任心不强、法律意识薄弱、技术水平不高、医患沟通、医院感染、剖宫产指征掌握有很大关系。[结论]防范医疗纠纷应做到增强法律意识,规范病历书写,加强技术培训,密切医患关系,控制医院感染。[Objective] To explore the reason and preventive measures for obstetric medical disputes. [Methods] Twenty medical disputes from January 2003 to August 2008 and were analyzed by retrospective study. [ Results] Among the twenty medical disputes, eight were medical negligence and twelve were not medical negligence; Among the twenty medical disputes, eleven were cesarean section, causes of medical disputes mainly included less responsibility, weak legal consciousness, lower technical level, inappropriate medical service informs, nosocomial infections and cesarean section. [Conclusion] In order to prevent the medical dispute, we must help medical staff to enhance the law consciousness, obey the standard of medical record, strengthen the technical train, and improve relationship of doctors and nosocomial infections which regulates.
