太原市居民、流动人口和暗娼艾滋病知识、态度和行为比较

摘　　要：[目的]了解并对比分析太原市居民、流动人口和暗娼有关艾滋病知识、态度和行为的认知水平,为开展有针对性的健康教育和干预措施提供依据。[方法]使用自制调查问卷,匿名自填的调查方法,对居民、流动人口和暗娼艾滋病的知信行情况进行调查。[结果]对于艾滋病的两个基本问题,全部调查对象能正确回答的共503人占56.1%,居民(68.7%)的知晓率高于流动人口(50.5%)和暗娼(49.0%)。对待艾滋病人的态度,持有全部正确态度的共有341人占38.0%,暗娼持有全部正确态度的比例(16.9%)高于流动人口(11.1%)和居民(9.9%)。暗娼从事高危性行为的比例均高于流动人口和居民(P﹤0.05)。[结论]居民、流动人口和暗娼对艾滋病相关知识的全部正确应答率普遍偏低,应针对不同人群有针对性地开展不同的干预措施。[Objective] To investigate and compare and analyze AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and praetiee （KAP） among residents, floating population and prostitutes in Taiyuan, so as to provide evidences for health education and behavior interventions. [Methods] A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate the level of knowledge about AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and praetiee among residents, floating population and prostitutes by anonymous ascertainment method. [Results] For the two basic questions of AIDS, 503 respondents correctly answered （56.1%）, the ratio of residents （68.7%） was higher than that of floating population （50.5%） and prostitutes （49.0%）. The attitudes toward patient with AIDS, 341 people investigated had the all correct attitudes （38.0%） , and the ratio of prostitutes （16.9%） was higher than that of residents （11.1%） and floating population （9.9%）. The ratio of prostitutes engaging in high-risk sexual behaviors was higher than that of floating population and residents （P〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] The correct rate of all the knowledge about AIDS-related knowledge among residents, floating population and prostitutes is low. Different interventions should be earried out to different population with specific purpose.
