摘　　要：[目的]了解高校大学生艾滋病相关知识掌握情况以及态度和行为情况,探讨高校大学生艾滋病防治宣传教育方式和干预措施,为今后在高校更好地开展艾滋病知识宣传教育和干预工作提供科学依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法对宁夏两所高校新生进行艾滋病防治知识培训前后问卷调查。[结果]培训后大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率均有所提高,通过性传播艾滋病知识知晓率掌握水平培训前后变化不大。[结论]深入、适当的宣传教育依然是今后开展大学生艾滋病防治知识的重点,性健康教育应作为大学生艾滋病健康教育的基础和前提。[ Objective] To understand college students＇ knowledge on HIV/AIDS, their attitude and behaviors towards HIV/AIDS, so as to provide a scientific basis for better developing HIV/AIDS knowledge publicity, education and intervendSns in college AIDS in future. [Methods] A stratified cluster sampling method was applied to freshmen in two colleges of Ningxia. AIDS prevention knowledge awareness was investigated by questionnaires before and after training. [ Results] The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among students has been enhanced after training, while awareness rate of dissemination knowledge about AIDS sees a little change before and after the training. [Conclusion] In-depth, appropriate public education remains the focus of the program of HIV/AIDS prevention and control of AIDS, and sexual health education should be served as AIDS health education＇s basis and prentise.
