北京市房山区自然人群乙型肝炎感染危险因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过对目前房山区的某两个自然村的共计500人的乙型肝炎感染的现况研究和流行病学分析,探索乙型肝炎的感染情况及其影响因素,为北京市房山区乙型肝炎的防治工作提供依据。[方法]采用单纯随机抽样方法对房山区462个村进行抽样,对数据进行现况研究,采用二项分布拟合度χ2检验和单因素统计分析,采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行分析。[结果](1)调查的142户中,乙肝感染者共148人,感染率为29.6%,乙肝感染者的分布没有呈现明显的家族聚集性,按机会均等的分布。(2)乙肝在夫妻之间的传播是乙肝传播的重要因素。(3)是否了解乙肝疫苗是乙肝感染的危险因素。[结论]乙肝仍然是当前防治工作的重点,疫苗接种是当前非常重要且有效的手段,加强宣传,提高人口素质,从而实现经济、社会、人的协调发展、可持续发展。[Objective] To explore the situation of hepatitis B infection and its influence factors through prevalence survey and epidemiological analysis on the current hepatitis B infection among 500 residents in two villages of Fangshan district, so as to provide basis for preventing and treating hepatitis B. [Methods] By simple stochastic sampling method, 462 villages of Fangshan district were selected as samples, the prevalence survey was conducted among these samples, and Binomial distribution fitting degree χ^2 test and the simple factor statistic analysis was used to analyzed with SPSS12.0 statistic software. [ Results] （1） A total of 148 residents infected in the 142 families, and the infection ratio was 29.6%. The HBV infected residents was uniform distribution and did not show apparent family clustcring character. （2） The main factor of HBV infection was transmission between couples. （3） Knowing the hepatitis B vaccine or not was a risk factor of HBV transmission. [Condusion] ttepatitis B is still the key point in the present prophylaxis and treatment work. Vaccine inoculation is avery important and effective way at present. We should enhanee the propaganda and improve population quality, realize the harmonious and sustainable development between economy, society and population.
