摘　　要：[目的]了解深圳市观澜街道性病的流行特征,为性病的防治提供参考依据。[方法]用描述性流行病学方法分析2003～2007年观澜街道性病报告卡资料。[结果]深圳市观澜街道2003～2007年性病报告病例总数1504例,其中男性发病数919例、女性发病数585例,男性发病数为女性的1.57倍;5种性病构成比中,淋病最高,占48.27%,不同性别构成比不同,男性淋病最高,占84.02%,女性梅毒最高,占67.41%;5种性病的传染来源以非婚性接触为主,占78.86%,不同性病传染来源性别方面也存在不同。[结论]性病发病数占同期传染病总数的73.01%(1504/2060)、主要传播途径为非婚性接触、先天性梅毒形势不容乐观,提示应加大健康教育宣传工作,大力宣传洁身自爱,尽可能多的使用安全套,大力加强对孕产妇的产前性传播疾病体检工作。[Objective] To understand the characteristics of STD epidemic situation in Cuanlan Street of Shenzhen. and to provide strategies for control and prevention measures. [Methods] Descriptive epidemiologieal method was applied to analyze the STD reported records of Guanlan Street in Shenzhen City in 2003-2007. [ Results] There were 1 504 reported eases of STDs In Guanlan Street of Shenzhen City in 2003-2007. Among them the 919 cases were＇ males, whereas 585 cases were females.The occurrence rate of STDs among males was 1.57 times the rate among females, Among the percentages of the 5 main STDs. gonorrhea was the highest, which accounted for 48.27%.Sex differences existed as gonon＇hea was highest in males and had an incidence of 84.02%; syphilis was prominent in females, which accounted for 67.41%. The transmlssior modes of the 5 STDs were mainly non marriage sex contacts, which accounted for 78.86%, and each of the 5 STDs showed different transmission sources. [Conclusion] The number of patients with STD accounted 73.01% of the infectious diseases （1504/2060）. The main transmitted routes were primarily the sex behavior between strangers. The congenital syphilis situation demonstrates serious. which indicated we should enhance the health education for sound sex behavior, condom use and strengthen the health examination of the infectious diseases for the pregnant women.
