摘  要:[目的]观察热凝丙烯酸酯增力钢丝人工颅骨效果。[方法]颅骨修补术前根据病员头形大小、病变部位,预制人工颅骨板并塑形,用消毒液浸泡或熏蒸消毒备用。[结果]热凝丙烯酸酯增力钢丝人工颅骨临床应用20年,共150例病例,随访4~20年。追踪观察证实,热凝丙烯酸酯增力钢丝人工颅骨材料强度高,对组织刺激性小,积液积血少,不易发生折裂。[结论]热凝丙烯酸酯增力钢丝人工颅骨效果满意,是一种较为理想的颅骨修补材料。[Objective] To observe the effectiveness of thermal Coagulation acrylic ester force-increasing steel wires artificial skull. [Methods ] Before the operation, the arificial skull was made in accordance with patient's size of head and lesion site, and immersed in the disinfector or fumigated to prepare for operation. [ Results] 150 clinic cases with thermal coagulation acrylic ester force-increasing steel wires artificial skull were followed up for 4-20 years, and the thermal coagulation acrylic ester force-increasing steel wires artificial skull showed high intensity, and little irrtation for nervous tissue : also had little effusion and hematocele and not easy to fracture. [ Conclusion] The effect of thermal coagulation acrylic ester force-increasing steel wires artificial skull is effective, and it is an ideal material for skull repairing.
