摘　　要：就经济适用住房代建绩效评价指标体系的确立作了论述,通过对经济适用房代建绩效评价方法的分析,在处理最终评判指标计算结果时选用了最大隶属度法,以便对经济适用住房代建绩效水平做出具体的判断。The assessment index system building of economic and suitable house substitute construction was discussed. The maximum membership degree method was chase in treating final assessment index calculation result by analyzing performance assessment of economic and suitable house substitute construction, therefore made detail assessment on economic and suitable house substitute construction performance.
