摘　　要：从城市拆迁面临的问题入手,利用市场经济学的有关理论,通过分析提出相宜的拆迁补偿机制,确定相应的管理机构和合理的实施措施,以期为城市管理部门进行相关工作奠定基础。The author commences on the problems accounting in urban removal, based on the corresponding theories of market economics, prorides corresponding removal compensation mechanism according to the analysis, confirms corresponding management organization and reasonable implementation measures, so as to establish basis for getting corresponding work of the urban management organization.
