摘  要:纳米细菌是可以在人类血液和胎牛血清中发现的很小的细菌,直径在20~200纳米之间,是已知最小的能自我复制的细菌。它们被认为与机体内病理性钙化密切相关。最近研究指出纳米细菌可能是牙周病的危险因素,该文就纳米细菌的研究现状及其与牙周病的相关性作一综述。Nanobacteria are very small bacteria that can be discovered in human blood and commercial fetal bovine serum . They are 20 - 200 nm in length and are the smallest known self - replicating bacteria. They are thought to play an important part in the process of pathologic calcification. Resent researches demonstrated that nanobacteria may be a risk factor for the periodontal diseases. Here, studies that have examined nanobacteria are reviewed, and the potential biological mechanisms for the association of nanobacteria with periodontitis are discussed.
