摘  要:为了探讨‘龙门年橘’(Citrus reticulata Blanco)栽培模式对果实品质的影响,在留树保鲜期间,比较了避雨栽培(rain-shelter-cultivation,R-S-C)和露地栽培(open-field-cultivation,O-F-C)模式下果实品质的变化,并对两种模式下的果实品质性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明,相对于露地栽培,避雨栽培模式下‘龙门年橘’果实可溶性固形物含量和全糖含量明显上升,到4月23日两者分别相差2.9%和2.19%;果实综合评价结果表明,留树保鲜期避雨栽培模式下果实品质明显高于露地栽培。To study effects of cultivation models on ‘ Longmen Nianju’ ( Citrus reticulata Blanco) production, qualities of fruits growing under open field cultivation and rain shelter cultivation were dynamically compared, and principal components analysis were also carried out. The results showed that the soluble solids content and total soluble sugars in fruits from rain shelter cultivation were obviously higher than those from open field cultivation, the different values of which were 2. 9% and 2. 19% in April 4th, respectively. Com- prehensive evaluation suggested the fruit qualities from rain shelter cultivation were higher than that from open field cultivation during the whole time when the fruits were stored freshly on the tree.
