碳纳米管对PVA湿法纺丝原液的影响

摘  要:对碳纳米管进行了不同程度的酸化处理,制备得到质量分数为16%的MWNTs/PVA湿法纺丝原液。用上述纺丝原液刮膜得到MWNTs/PVA薄膜。经扫描电镜观察,酸化处理后碳纳米管聚集状态变得松散。采用计算机控制粘度仪研究了原液粘度与剪切速率关系,原液粘度随剪切速率的增加而降低,为典型的切力变稀流体。采用微控电子万能试验机测定薄膜力学性能,结果表明,碳纳米管的加入改善了原液薄膜的力学性能。The MWNTs/PVA films are prepared by scraping membrane method with 16wt% MWNTs/PVA aqueous solutions,in which, the MWNTs are acidificated with sulfuric acid/nitric acid of different concentrations. The modified CNTs show better dispersion by scanning electron microscope. The relation between the viscosity of spinning stock solution and shear rate is observed by computer-controlled viscometers. It shows that wet-spinning dopes are typical shear-thinning fluids. The mechanical properties of thin films are measured by micro-controlled electronic universal testing machine. The mechanical properties of the MWNTs/PVA films are improved after superimposing CNTs.
