淤泥对水泥基节能材料热性能与力学性能的影响

摘  要:应用淤泥制备一种新型水泥基节能材料,探讨了淤泥对材料热性能和力学性能的影响,分析和比较了淤泥用于制备节能胶凝材料的可行性。研究结果表明,淤泥可用于制备节能材料,淤泥的掺入能显著提高这种新型节能材料的隔热效果。当骨料掺量为20%时,淤泥取代水泥掺量由10%增加到30%的过程中,试样的热导率降低了14%,达到0.261W/(m·K);由于外加剂的掺入为试样引入大量气孔,依据提出的导热系数的计算方法所得结果比实验测量值平均高0.065W/(m·K)。因为淤泥不具有水胶凝性,所以它的掺入导致节能材料的力学性能降低。Silt mixed with cement and aggregate can be used to prepare a new kind of energy-saving gel material, the influence of the silt on the thermal and mechanical performance of the material is discussed. Silt is suitable for energy-saving materials preparation due to its properties when the dosage of aggregate is 20%, as the silt replaced cement change from 10% to 30%,the thermal conductivity decreases 14%, comes to 0. 261 W/(m·K) . Compared to the calculated thermal conductivity value, the experimental measurements is 0. 065W/(m· K) lower, as the result of large amount of pores brought by the admixture. As the silt cannot generate hydration products to make high-intensity, the addition of silt leads to decrease of the mechanical strength of the samples.
