摘  要:以十八烷基三甲基溴铵(OTAB)作插层剂,采用阳离子交换法对蒙脱土进行有机改性。用单因素实验轮换法考察固液比、配料比、时间、温度及pH值等条件对改性效果的影响,确定最佳实验条件。同时借助XRD、热失重及红外光谱对有机土的结构和性能进行了表征。实验表明,在最佳实验条件下,OTAB分子插入到了蒙脱土片层间,使层间距从1.081nm增大到2.025nm。在与环氧树脂基体复合后,d001衍射峰消失,表明有机土被充分剥离,与环氧具有很好的相容性。Na-montmorillonite is organic modified by cation exchange on clay surface by using octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(OTAB) as intercalation agent. Single factor rotational experiment is used to inspect the ratio of solid to liquid, the ingredients, time, temperature and pH value on the impact of modification effect and determin the optimum condi- tions. The structure and performance of organic soil are analyzed by XRD, TG and FTIR. Experiments show that organic in tercalation agent OTAB inserting into the space between the silicate layers under the optimum condition expands the distance between the silicate layers from 1. 081nm to 2. 025nn~ The d001 peak of the organic montmorillonite disappears after polymerizing with expoxy resin, indicating that organic modified montmorillonite is completely exfoliated in the epoxy matrix, the organic modified montmorillonite is be of a good compatibility with epoxy.
